1. Subscription Terms

1.1. Overview

By subscribing to Join Network, you agree to the terms outlined in this section. We offer the following subscription packs: Free, Pioneer . These terms govern your use of the Pioneer packs and detail the billing, renewal, and cancellation processes.

1.2. Subscription Packs

Free Pack : This pack is your reliable starting point for creativity, offering essential tools to help you explore and grow with confidence.

Pioneer Pack : This pack lets you dive into the forefront of innovation with early access to experimental tools that evolve through your feedback.

1.3. Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Payments will be charged to your chosen payment method at the confirmation of purchase.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as outlined in our Refund Policy.

1.4. Automatic Renewal

Your Pioneer subscription will automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle. The renewal will occur at the same rate as your initial subscription unless you change your subscription pack or cancel before the renewal date.

You can manage your subscription, including upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations, directly through your account settings.

1.5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Pioneer features until the end of your current billing period. Afterward, your account will revert to the Free Pack.

No refunds will be provided for partial months.

1.6. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

2. License Agreement

By accessing or using Join Network ("App"), you agree to be bound by this License Agreement. This agreement grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App according to the subscription pack you choose :

Free Pack : Access to basic features with no monthly subscription fee.

Pioneer Pack : Access to experimental features that push boundaries, evolve through your feedback, and keep you at the forefront of innovation.

Each subscription pack is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Your license is valid only for the duration of your subscription. Unauthorized use of the App outside the scope of your subscription is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your license.

You may not modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without explicit written consent from us. Your use of the App must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the App, or the terms of this agreement, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after any such changes shall constitute your consent to the changes.

3. Termination and Suspension

3.1. Termination by You

You may terminate your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings and following the cancellation procedures. Upon termination, you will retain access to the features of your subscription until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the Free Pack.

3.2. Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our discretion and without prior notice, if you violate our Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activities, or otherwise misuse our platform. In such cases, any outstanding fees will still be due.

3.3. Suspension of Account

We may temporarily suspend your account if we suspect any violation of our policies or if there is an issue with your payment method. You will be notified of the suspension and the steps necessary to reinstate your account.

3.4. Data Retention

Upon termination or suspension of your account, we may retain your data for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.5. Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you will lose access to all features associated with your subscription. Your user profile and any content associated with your account will be subject to our data retention policies.
