Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. How to Cancel

1.1. Access Your Account Settings

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account on Join Network and navigate to your account settings.

1.2. Locate Subscription Options

Within your account settings, find the Subscription or Billing section. Here, you will see details about your current subscription pack.

1.3. Follow Cancellation Steps

Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the cancellation process. You may need to confirm your decision to cancel.

1.4. Confirmation of Cancellation

Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the successful cancellation of your subscription.

1.5. Access Until End of Billing Cycle

Please note that if you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the features of your selected pack until the end of the current billing cycle. After this period, your account will revert to the Free Pack.

If you encounter any issues during the cancellation process or need further assistance, please contact our support team at billing@join.mg.




2. Refund Conditions

2.1. Non-Refundable Fees

All subscription fees for our packs, including the Pioneer Pack are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded.

2.2. Exception for Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing the core features of your subscription and have made reasonable attempts to resolve the issue with our support team, you may be eligible for a refund. Documentation of the issue and your communication with support may be required.

2.3. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact our support team within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate your claim. However, initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in the suspension of your account.

2.4. Trial Period Refunds

If applicable, any free trial periods will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial. Charges incurred during the trial period are non-refundable.

2.5. Changes to Refund Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these refund conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and the updated conditions will apply to all future subscriptions.
